Wednesday 4th September at 18:30 – Phoenix ParkThis will be the SECOND 5K Handicap race of 2024, so it will be held at a different venue. That venue is at Phoenix Park, where we shall follow the new Phoenix parkrun 5K course.
ANYONE (as previously proven) can finish in the top three places and that could very easily be YOU!This event has been exceptionally well received every time we have delivered it.
It is the most unpredictable event that we deliver, which makes it extremely interesting to watch even if you’re not running it yourself.
We would obviously love as many runners as possible. The more the merrier! So, please sign up by selecting “Going” (or “Maybe” if you’re thinking about joining us, but are unsure at this time). We also need volunteers, so if you’re not thinking of running it, but would love to help out then please let us know. Thank you.
This event is admin heavy, therefore for this very reason there will be a 
STRICT cut off of Sunday 1st September at 21:00. So, please do not be disappointed by entering after this date and time. Thank you for your co-operation.The session will be delivered by Mike Sherwin and Daniel Shannon.
