SUMMARY:5K Handicap Race
DESCRIPTION: Wednesday 4th September at 18:30 - Phoenix Park\nThis will be
  the SECOND 5K Handicap race of 2024\, so it will be held at a different v
 enue. That venue is at Phoenix Park\, where we shall follow the new Phoeni
 x parkrun 5K course.\n\nANYONE (as previously proven) can finish in the t
 op three places and that could very easily be YOU!\n\nThis event has been 
 exceptionally well received every time we have delivered it.\n\nIt is the 
 most unpredictable event that we deliver\, which makes it extremely intere
 sting to watch even if you’re not running it yourself.\n\nWe would obvio
 usly love as many runners as possible. The more the merrier! So\, please s
 ign up by selecting “Going” (or “Maybe” if you’re thinking about
  joining us\, but are unsure at this time). We also need volunteers\, so i
 f you’re not thinking of running it\, but would love to help out then pl
 ease let us know. Thank you.\n\n This event is admin heavy\, therefore fo
 r this very reason there will be a STRICT cut off of Sunday 1st Septembe
 r at 21:00. So\, please do not be disappointed by entering after this date
  and time. Thank you for your co-operation.\n\nThe session will be deliver
